Batch type pre-treatment cleaning design is compact and energy saving system. The cleaning process is on demand and up to best optimum level. This system is suitable for low volume and batch productions. Material choice of the booth can be GI, Stainless Steel or Poly Plastic.
In-Line Direct Spray
Products move continuously through a multi-stage spray tunnel or tank on a conveyor. Each stage has dedicated spray manifolds, recirculation and ventilation systems.
Submerge
Parts are completely immersed in chemical tanks and transferred from one stage to another using an overhead conveyor, hoist, or transfer carriage.
