Industrial Oven

  • Batch Oven

A Batch Oven is a type of industrial convection oven. Batch ovens are enclosed-systems that are used to process one product at a time, smaller groups, or ‘batches’. These ovens can accommodate large or unusually shaped parts, and various load sizes that would typically not fit on a conveyor system. Because of their design, batch ovens are ideal for applications that require isolating the product for control or to prevent contamination.

  • Combustion Chamber

McHEAT combustion chamber has already applied in many industrials for example latex glove drying oven, powder coating paint curing oven and moisture drying oven. All chamber design is easy for future service and maintenances. With modular design and plug and play installation method our installation can easily install the chamber in short period of time.

All chambers design safety is our priority, with multiple interlock system, alarms and overheating temperature supervision to safeguard the combustion chamber.

  • Convection Oven

A Convection Oven is a type of indusial oven that has a conveyor system to conveys products into the oven for paint curing and/or moisture drying. The product size that conveys into the oven is predetermine and design to the standard of the custom size oven. McHEAT can provide wide range oven design.

  • Electric Drying Oven

A Electric Drying is a type of industrial oven for moisture drying, pre-heating and/or paint curing. McHEAT engineers will help determine which type of oven is most suited for the curing process. In some cases, electric oven will be solution due to Natural Gas or LPG availability.
